	Phil & Lucinda Dooley are pastors at Hillsong Church, Sydney, Australia. Phil is also an elder of the church. Together with their team they oversee United Youth a city-wide youth ministry of high-school students, university students and young adults reaching over 3000 young people every week. Phil is also state director of Youth Alive, a movement presenting large scale events connecting youth culture with the message of redemption through Jesus Christ. Phil and Lucinda desire to raise leaders and see every individual reach their full potential in life. They have three kids Abbey, Bella and Zac.
